Howard Cook grew up in Brooklyn, New York, Crown Heights area until the fifth-grade. Completed high school at Gloucester High School, in Gloucester Virginia. Graduated from the West Point Preparatory School when it was in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. He attended West Point initially with the class of 1986, but left in the class of 1987. He finished a bachelor’s degree in Physics cum laude, a master’s degree in Medium Energy Nuclear Physics, and became a member of Omega Psi Phi fraternity, Nu Psi chapter at Virginia State University. Worked as a Physicist at the Naval Surface Warfare Center. Finished his D.O. degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine on a National Health Service Corps Scholarship. Completed internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in the Kennedy Memorial System, and completed residency at Frankford Hospital with PCOM system.
